Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method.

Vendor unable to fulfill the order after payment

Delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (traffic, weather, etc.)
Perishable items once accepted unless defective
If an order is not delivered due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, refunds may be partial or unavailable depending on vendor and delivery costs incurred.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible
Processing time may vary depending on payment providers and banks
Wallet credits may be offered as an alternative refund method
Vendors are responsible for product quality, accuracy, and compliance with applicable laws. Easy World acts as a marketplace facilitator and will assist in dispute resolution where necessary.
